Part I — Privacy Policy

Our Corporate Life LLC (“OCL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) takes your privacy seriously and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights with respect to it.

  1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to share it with us. This may occur when you:

  • Contact us through the site (e.g., via a contact or feedback form)
  • Sign up for our newsletter, notifications, e-zines, or other communications
  • Purchase seminars, event registrations, courses, or other products or services through the site
  • Participate in site forums, blogs, or other interactive features

The personal information we may collect includes, but is not limited to:

  • Name and contact information (e.g., email address, phone number, mailing address)
  • Payment information necessary to process transactions (e.g., credit card number, billing address) — processed securely through a third-party payment processor; we do not store payment card data
  • Account credentials if password-protected areas of the site are made available to you

We may also automatically collect certain non-personal information about your visit, including:

  • IP address and general location information
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited and referring URLs
  • Time and duration of your visit

This automatically collected information helps us maintain site security, analyze usage trends, and improve the site’s design and functionality. It does not, on its own, identify you personally.

  1. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our site may use cookies and session cookies — small data files stored in your browser — to recognize returning visitors, maintain your session, and improve your experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; however, some features of the site may not function correctly if you do so.

We may also use web beacons or similar tracking tools to understand how visitors interact with the site and our email communications, such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked.

  1. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide you with the products, services, or content you have requested or purchased
  • To send you periodic marketing, promotional, or informational communications (you may opt out at any time)
  • To respond to your inquiries, comments, or requests
  • To process payments and manage your account
  • To improve the site’s design, content, and functionality
  • To analyze site usage and evaluate our marketing efforts
  • To notify you of changes to our policies or services
  • To enforce our Terms and Conditions and protect our legal rights
  • To comply with applicable law or respond to lawful legal process

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

  1. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Subject to applicable law, we may share your personal information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With third-party vendors or contractors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., website hosting, payment processing, email delivery, marketing), subject to confidentiality obligations no less protective than this Policy.
  • Affiliates: With entities affiliated with Our Corporate Life LLC, who are required to honor this Policy.
  • Legal Compliance: Where required by law, court order, or government authority, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or ensure the safety of any person.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to a successor entity.
  • With Your Consent: For any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection, with your express consent.

You will be notified when your personal information may be shared with third parties beyond those described above and will have the opportunity to opt out, to the extent permitted by law. Note that opting out may affect your ability to use certain features of the site.

  1. International Transfers

Our site servers are located in the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the site, you consent to this transfer. Our affiliates and service providers may also be located internationally; your information may be sent to countries with different privacy protections than your own.

  1. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable law. We may retain certain information indefinitely for purposes of legitimate business consultation or as required to fulfill ongoing legal obligations. General inquiry emails are not indefinitely retained.

  1. Data Security

We have implemented reasonable technical and organizational security measures — including firewalls and access controls — designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Your use of the site and transmission of personal information is at your own risk.

  1. Children’s Privacy

Our site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to individuals under 18 years of age. By using the site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to that minor’s use of the site. If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. Please contact us at info@ourcorporatelife.com if you believe a child has provided us with personal information.

  1. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

You have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • Access and Correction: You may request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
  • Opt-Out of Marketing: You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at info@ourcorporatelife.com.
  • Cookies: You may disable cookies through your browser settings.

California residents may also have rights under the California “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section 1798.83) to request information about personal information shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes once per year, free of charge.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information at the end of this Policy.

  1. Third-Party Links and Sites

Our site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including those of our strategic partners and sponsors. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site before submitting your personal information.

  1. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.

Part II — Terms and Conditions

This site is maintained by Our Corporate Life LLC for your personal information, education, and communication. Your access to and use of this site is subject to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). By accessing or browsing the site, you accept these Terms in full, without limitation or qualification. These Terms supersede any prior agreements between you and Our Corporate Life LLC regarding the subject matter herein.

  1. Use of Site Content

All content on this site — including text, software, music, sound, photographs, trademarks, service marks, logos, video, graphics, and other materials (“Content”) — is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Our Corporate Life LLC and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the site and Content. These Terms do not transfer any such right, title, or interest to you.

Except as expressly permitted below, you may not use, download, copy, print, display, reproduce, publish, license, post, transmit, distribute, frame, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written permission of Our Corporate Life LLC. Permission requests should be directed to info@ourcorporatelife.com.

Without our prior permission, you may:

  • Download, view, and print Content solely for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes, provided that: (a) all copyright and proprietary notices remain intact; (b) the Content is not modified; (c) no fee is charged for access; and (d) graphics are not used separately from accompanying text.
  • Link or hyperlink to the home page of this site from a Qualified Site (defined below), provided that: (a) you notify us in advance at info@ourcorporatelife.com; (b) you do not frame the site; (c) you link only to the home page; (d) the link does not suggest our endorsement; (e) you use plain text (“Our Corporate Life”) rather than our trademarks or logos; (f) the link does not disparage or tarnish our name or brand; and (g) the linking page displays no Objectionable content.

“Qualified Site” means a website that displays no Objectionable content. “Objectionable” means content that: (a) is libelous, defamatory, pornographic, sexually explicit, unlawful, or plagiarized; (b) a reasonable person would consider harassing, abusive, threatening, obscene, or excessively violent; (c) constitutes a breach of any person’s privacy or publicity rights, constitutes hate speech, or infringes any intellectual property right; or (d) violates or encourages violation of any applicable law.

We may revoke your right to link to the site at any time, for any reason or no reason, upon notice.

  1. Prohibited Conduct

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Send unsolicited commercial email (spam, chain emails, or similar solicitations) to addresses or lists provided on the site
  • Delete, modify, or attempt to alter any Content on the site
  • Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper functioning of the site or disrupts other users’ experience
  • Use the site or Content in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Use any “robot,” “spider,” or other automated or manual process to compile information on the site for purposes other than a generally available search engine
  • Use Our Corporate Life LLC names or trademarks as metatags or hidden text
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or its related systems or networks
  1. Interactive Features and Forums

The site may contain blogs, forums, or other interactive components (collectively, “Site Forums”) through which you may submit content, comments, or other materials (“Forum Information”). You acknowledge that: (i) OCL does not necessarily prescreen Forum Information; (ii) OCL does not endorse or adopt any Forum Information and is not responsible for it; and (iii) OCL reserves the right, but not the obligation, to refuse or remove any Forum Information it deems Objectionable.

By submitting Forum Information, you grant OCL and its contractors and affiliates a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform, and display such content (in whole or in part), in any form or media now known or later developed, for the full term of any applicable rights, subject to our Privacy Policy with respect to personal information.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to grant this license, and that the submission of your content does not violate any third party’s rights.

OCL will not edit, delete, or disclose personally identifiable information contained in your Forum Information except: (1) with your authorization; (2) if you have disclosed such information publicly within a Site Forum; or (3) as required by applicable law or to protect the rights or property of OCL or its users. Any personal information you disclose within a Site Forum may be visible to other users and is subject to this Policy.

  1. Payments

Certain products and services offered through the site require payment. By placing an order, you authorize OCL to charge your selected payment method for the applicable amounts. Payment information is collected only as necessary to process your transaction and is processed through a secure third-party payment processor; OCL does not store payment card data.

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, EVEN IF YOUR SERVICE IS SUSPENDED, CANCELLED, OR TRANSFERRED PRIOR TO THE END OF THE THEN-CURRENT SERVICE TERM. The 100% satisfaction guarantee offered for individual programs is an exception to this rule.

OCL reserves the right to change pricing at any time. If you have agreed to a specific price for a defined term, any price change will not apply until the expiration of that term (or your early termination, whichever occurs first). You will be notified of any material change in the amount to be charged before the charge is processed.

In the event of a chargeback or other non-payment, OCL may suspend or terminate access to the applicable product or service in its discretion.

  1. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names displayed on the site are the property of OCL or their respective owners. Nothing on this site grants any right or license to use any trademark or trade name without the express written permission of OCL or the applicable owner. Third-party marks are referenced for identification purposes only.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY; ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE FOREGOING MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Our Corporate Life LLC, its members, contractors, and agents from any claim, demand, liability, expense, or loss — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or access to the site or Content; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity; or (d) any content you submit to the site.

  1. Other Sites and Third-Party Content

The site may contain links to third-party websites and services (“Other Sites”). OCL is not responsible for the availability or content of Other Sites; inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. You access Other Sites at your own risk, and we encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies. OCL is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on Other Sites.

  1. Modifications to Terms

OCL may change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the site following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, your only recourse is to discontinue use of the site.

  1. Termination

OCL reserves the right to modify or terminate your access to the site (or any portion of it), temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, at its sole discretion. OCL will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or termination. Sections 1, 3–18 of these Terms survive any termination.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved by binding arbitration before three neutral arbitrators administered by the American Arbitration Association in New Jersey, in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules then in effect. Except for punitive damages (which shall not be awarded), any provisional or equitable remedy available from a court of law shall be available from the arbitrators.

The award of the arbitrators may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. Both parties consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey for actions to compel arbitration, enforce an arbitral award, or obtain temporary relief prior to the appointment of arbitrators. Any claim must be brought within one year of when it first could have been filed; claims not brought within this period are permanently barred.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The parties agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

  1. General Provisions
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable operating rules posted on the site constitute the entire agreement between you and OCL regarding this subject matter and supersede all prior agreements.
  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
  • No Waiver: OCL’s failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of its right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment: OCL may assign its rights and duties under these Terms without notice. You may not assign these Terms without OCL’s prior written consent.
  • No Agency: Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the parties.
  • Force Majeure: OCL shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control.
  1. Acknowledgment

By using this site, you acknowledge that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms and the Privacy Policy; and (b) these Terms have the same force and effect as a signed agreement.
