Lifelong learning has always been a characteristic of successful people. With constant change becoming our new normal, lifelong learning is a necessity for all of us. To remain effective, companies and individuals must be able to adjust to and learn new knowledge and skills so they can meet evolving needs. Answer:

You’re right, it’s a delicate balance. I find that those who were trained in a service capacity don’t discriminate—they help everyone. While this is a wonderful human trait, it’s not always good for business.
