To avoid going off strategy in your career, put a reminder in your calendar every six months on a recurring basis for a professional “tune-up.” Set aside 30 minutes and pull out your resume, bio, and LinkedIn® profile.

Are you able to add new knowledge and accomplishments? Has your professional experience been enhanced? Are you still growing professionally? If the answer is no, you may be stagnating or your growth may have slowed.
