Question:

I’m leaving my job. I would have loved to stay but my manager refuses to listen to my input. I see what’s wrong and think I have good solutions but I’m tired of banging my head against the wall. Our Corporate Life believes that we all can thrive at work. Too often great ideas don’t get executed because people feel threatened, can’t or won’t work together, and/or the business structure impedes effective execution. We help people get out of their own way and address any “elephants in the room” to create solutions that stick.
