Practical Tips: Quicker Decision Making

According to researchers at the University of Missouri-Columbia, groups who stood up during their meetings made decisions faster than those who sat. While this may not surprise you, what might surprise you is the fact that their decisions were just as good as those made by the other group.

The research compared 56 groups who stood up during their short (10-20 minute) meetings to 55 groups whose members sat down.
