Reverse Mentoring

Millennials (those born after 1980) have much to offer their more senior teammates beyond just technology advice. Here are six areas where their approach offers transferable business lessons.

Question:

I've just been promoted and am in a company with a lot of strong personalities. It's hard to get heard. In meetings, everyone talks over each other—it's so rude. How can I hold my own with such strong personalities? J.G., Los Angeles, CA
